I talked in English village today and I had a very good experience because I have never talked to a foreigner so much. I wanted to talk again.

I think English Village is really good because I willingly want to talk English. I learned practical English. I’ll come to study English again. I learned it is fantastic to communicate in English. I had a wonderful time! I’d like to participate in English Village again! Awesome!

I went to English village today. I could have really good time! I could speak English a lot. I could improve my English-speaking. We did game named “headband”. The game was very fun. I could answer what animal am I. And I could give hint to my group. English village is good at improving our English skills.

The smaller number of students enabled us to focus on more individual related activities, such as practicing conversational English. We were also able to play different games that required less people. A few of the games played were Headbands and Spot It, both of which encouraged playful competition and English usage.

We had many groups join us this week! This helped us keep up a steady flow of conversation and games, mostly Spot It and AGO, with many of the earlier students utilizing their English to help explain the games to the students that arrived later. Now that we’re on our third week, we can also say that we have a few regulars: students that join us each Thursday specifically to practice their English.

While this week we had less students, the ones that joined us were very enthusiastic about using their English. As there were less groups, we had more time to focus on the groups we had. This enabled us to build up a rapport with the students and get them to be more comfortable using their English. We were also able to focus more on our regular students who come to practice their conversation skills.
